FIFA, Juego Limpio y Fuera de Juego. FIFA, Fair Play and Offside.

La FIFA en su página web dice: “El concepto general del fair play (el juego limpio) es el pilar del fútbol. Este concepto representa los beneficios que se obtienen al jugar de acuerdo con la reglamentación, haciendo uso del sentido común y respetando a los compañeros, los adversarios, los árbitros y a los aficionados”. Haciendo uso del sentido común y respetando a los árbitros, no es ético obligar a los árbitros a aplicar una regla (fuera de juego) para la que no están capacitados fisiológicamente. La FIFA tiene que dar ejemplo y practicar el juego limpio. El Juego Limpio por parte de la FIFA debe comenzar por analizar y evaluar si el ojo humano está capacitado para detectar un Fuera de Juego. El ojo humano no está capacitado fisiológicamente para detectar un Fuera de Juego. Esta es la conclusión más importante del artículo científico: ¿Puede el ojo humano detectar una posición de fuera de juego durante un partido de fútbol? Los objetivos de los artículos científicos que he realizado en el área del Fuera de Juego son los siguientes: 1. Preservar el Juego Limpio, ampliamente promovido por la FIFA, bajo la premisa de un mayor grado de exigencia ética en la elaboración de las Reglas del deporte del Fútbol. 2. Proteger la figura del Árbitro y de los Árbitros asistentes, tantas veces vilipendiados por la aplicación de una Regla para la que no están capacitados fisiológicamente para su apreciación. 3. Evitar la Violencia que genera la aplicación incorrecta de esta Regla: agresiones a Árbitros de categorías regionales, altercados de los aficionados durante y después de los partidos de fútbol tras la señalización incorrecta de un fuera de juego, declaraciones inoportunas y generadoras de violencia por parte de los jugadores y directivos de fútbol, llevadas a cabo por el desconocimiento de que, sencillamente, es imposible de aplicar científicamente, y sí parapetado tras la repetición de la jugada por televisión. 4. Subsanar el problema económico que surge con gran asiduidad en el juego de las quinielas, tras la variación de un resultado de un partido de fútbol por mor de la aplicación incorrecta de esta Regla. 5. Modificar la Regla XI del Reglamento del Fútbol de la FIFA, que trata sobre el Fuera de Juego, para que cumpla los preceptos del método científico y el ojo humano sea capaz de apreciarla sin la posibilidad de cometer error alguno. 6. Anular dicha Regla si no se encuentra una metodología científica adecuada para su aplicación. ¿Existe alguna razón para no hacer el análisis o evaluación de estos estudios científicos? The FIFA must give example and practice the Fair Play. The Fair Play on the part of the FIFA must begin to analyze and to evaluate if the human eye is enabled to detect Offside.

Avoiding violence generated by the incorrect application of this rule: aggressions to referees of regional categories, altercations of the fans during and after the football matches when there has been an incorrect offside, inopportune declarations that generate violence among football players and football managers, carried out by the unknowledge that it is simply impossible to apply scientifically this rule, although they try to justify it repeating the move on television.

4. Solving the economical problem that raises quite frequently in the game of football lottery, after changing the result of a football match due to the incorrect application of this Rule.

5. The modification of Rule 11 of the Football Regulations of the FIFA, about the offside, so that it can follow the precepts of the scientific method and the human eye will be capable of seeing it without any possible error.

6. The annulation of this Rule if it is not possible to find an addecuate scientific methodology for its application.
